Greenville Avenue

Greenville Avenue is a major entertainment district in Dallas.  It contains many boutique shops, trendy restaurants, popular bars, and live-music venues.  The surrounding neighborhoods are very quaint with many Tudor, Prairie, and Craftsman style homes. 

Park Cities (Highland Park and University Park)

Lakewood

Most of Lakewood was developed from 1900 until the 1950s and includes many historic neighborhoods.  Lakewood is nestled next to White Rock Lake which is one of Dallas' best areas to jog, bike, or kayak.  One of the gems of the area is the historic Lakewood Theater which is surrounded by wonderful shops and trendy restaurants.

Oak Cliff (Bishop Arts)

An area of Dallas that was once in decline is now seeing a huge resurgence of popularity and redevelopment.  Cliff Dwellers are very urban savvy yet laid back and neighborly.  The Bishop Arts District is filled with trendy restaurants, unique art, and lovely little shops.
